My Bio
I live in the South Island of New Zealand (in the middle of nowhere in the South Pacific!).
My favourite themes in hobbies are the Zombipocalpyse and gothic undead.
My fondest hobby memories as a child are of piecing together broken GW skeletons from people's bits-boxes and junk and playing HeroQuest.
I am a huge fan of the Silent Hill setting, love (most of) the games and loathe the films.
In wargames I collect (but rarely play, nowadays):
- Black Templar SpaceMarines (for the rad colour scheme), 40k
- Modern US, 15mm
- NZ WW2 armoured and infantry, 15mm FOW
- Vampire Counts, WHFB
- Brittanic, Dystopian Wars
I love collecting all sorts of modern-day setting 25-30mm scale characters, particularly sculpting and modifying my own ones. This extends to building up a great wee collection of furnishings and scenery with an overall goals of being able to reproduce most everyday setting on a tabletop in miniature.
My lovaly fiance is big into comics and I'm looking forward to getting more into cosplay with her.

All married, honey-mooned and moved-in; More time for miniatures now wedding stuff is done :)
Working on:
- Large Doctor Who miniature display diorama with doctors 1=>12 + War Doctor, companions and baddies, of course with Tardis. (One of the doctors is in town at our local geek convention so might try and work out a way of incorporating a signature.)
- Wall of guns scenery item, a la "that scene in 'The Boondock Saints'"
- 40+ zombipocalypse characters... lots of basing and alterations.
- Rebasing my old Warhammer undead units onto large artillery FOW bases for use with modified Black Powder rules.

Have just moved into my fiance's house. This means having to pack up my hobby room and transfer everything; What a mission!
Upside is, everything will be well organised as I shift it in.
I plan to take lots of posed miniature pics of some finished work very soon, just got to get a bit more settled at the new house.
Projects currently working on:
- Bride and groom scratch-built miniatures for the top of the cake using greenstuff and paperclips
- Many male Zombipocalpyse characters in 28mm modifying minis from the recent Wargames Factory set
- Agent 47 in 28mm with twin silver-ballers
- An avatar of myself using a male armature from Has
